2503 DIDN’T JUST WIN. THEY MADE A STATEMENT.

SOME STORES HAVE A GOOD RUN. STORE 2503 IS BUILDING A LEGACY.

Fresh off their recent GOAT win, Store 2503 showed up on the national stage and took home the Grand Prize at the JJ Training Games, with winners announced in Miami last week.

This was not a small field.

More than 2,200 stores competed. More than 21,000 contestants entered. And when it was all said and done, Atlas was on top.

Led by GM AdamAM AshleyInshop LaRyan, and supported by DM Austin, Store 2503 represented exactly what BiC is all about.

Best in Class is not just a slogan. It is what happens when a team trains, competes, studies, practices, pushes through nerves, holds each other accountable, and still finds a way to have fun doing it.

AND 2503 DELIVERED ACROSS THE BOARD:

Challenge #1: Knowledge Bowl - 1st Place

Challenge #2: Culinary Challenge - 2nd Place

Challenge #3, Skills Relay - 3rd Place

Challenge #4, Slice Masters -1st Place

That is not luck. That is preparation. That is pride.

THE TEAM EARNED THE GRAND PRIZE, INCLUDING $45,000, ROLEX WATCHES, SWAG, AND HELPED BRING HOME THE JJ’S TRUCK. But the bigger story is not just what they won.

It is how they got there.

It is the comeback after coming up short in 2024. It is the hours of practice. It is the nerves. It is the standards. It is the team chemistry. It is the belief that they could step onto a national stage and compete with anyone.

And they did.

IN THEIR OWN WORDS

ADAM | GM

I have been working with Jimmy John's for about 12 years, and I've been with Atlas since they took over AZ.

I love Jimmy John's for its culture, dedication, and commitment to excellence. Their drive to continually growing and adapting in unlike anything I have seen. No other company does for its people what Jimmy John's does for theirs. Atlas is a prime example of this: dedicated and motivated to delivering excellent service to each and every customer and employee who walks through their doors. I am truly appreciative to be a part of a winning culture with a promising future.

My experience with the training games has been such a journey that ultimately started in 2024.

We were going in blind, with no idea how it would play out. When I asked Tanner Luce if we could sign up for the games he asked me one question: "Do you think you can win?". I replied with a simple, "I'm not sure but we're going to try."So that year was immensely nerve-wracking, stressful, and overwhelming. Then finding out that we made it all the way to the finals was such an overjoyous moment. Then came the heartbreak, we thought victory was secured only to have our hearts torn out on the biggest stage. I personally had never felt such a crushing defeat in anything I have ever done. I looked into Kim Landry's eyes and told her "We'll be back".From that moment I had only one thing on my mind. Revenge. When the next games were announced I knew what time it was. Everyone in the store knew what time it was. We fought and clawed our way back to the big stage, knowing that we'd have a target on our backs, and that we might not get another chance to redeem ourselves. We had to seal the deal while our window was still open. I am immensely proud of Ashley Moats, LaRyan Henderson, all of 2503, and Atlas for their passion and commitment to achieving this great victory together. I am so thankful for all the connections and relationships I have built. I hope to continue competing in the games for as long as I can and as long as they allow me.

Shout out to Austin Mackley and Tanner Luce- you 2 have continually been a driving force in my career with Atlas. Always working harder than everyone else while still maintaining the biggest smiles and the brightest personalities.

I have been with Jimmy Johns for 10 years now, and by far my favorite part about JJs is the culture and the sense of community that this job brings. Not even just within our own franchise but the company as a whole, the amount of people across the country that I’m tied to now because of Jimmy John’s is so cool. No matter where I go I know I’m taken care of. ❤️ My experience at the training games is honestly hard to put into words. I’m so grateful that I had the opportunity to go back and try again after coming up short in 2024. Starting my career with corporate JJs I had always heard about the legends that won sandwich masters and slice masters in Vegas and it was a dream of mine to be able to share the same title as some of the people that are responsible for making me the little Jimmy nerd that I am today. There was so much work that went into this second go around that honestly if we didn’t win I think I would’ve lost my mind lol. But to actually win and see all that hard work pay off.. incredible, just priceless. I wouldn’t trade this experience for anything. I learned so much, met so many amazing people that I’ll never forget and have a plethora of fun new stories to share.. And I got to be the center of attention?? Those who know me in real life know I’ve never passed up an opportunity to show off a little bit ;) what can I say I’m drunk off the Jimmy Juice and ready to see what the future has in store for me!!

I’ve been with Jimmy John’s for seven years. I love Jimmy John’s because of the culture. Everyone who works for Jimmy John’s are very nice and compassionate people. My experience with the training games was absolutely amazing. I really enjoyed getting to meet people from around the country!

AUSTIN | DM

I started working at Jimmy John’s 15 years ago. What I love most about working at Jimmy John’s is the ease and simplicity of the business. I genuinely enjoy connecting with the customers and employees that work with us. I believe we have the best bread in the game.

I loved working with 2503, Old Town’s Finest, during the training games. Whether we were recording practice sandwich times, testing different sandwiches, or cleaning and organizing the store to achieve the perfect audit, the entire experience was a lot of fun.

Watching the team perform in Atlanta made me feel like a proud dad. I’m incredibly proud of everything they accomplished. They worked extremely hard, pushed through some huge nerves, and represented themselves and the store so well.

WHY THIS WIN MATTERS:

This win belongs to Store 2503, but it should inspire every store across Atlas.

Because this is what happens when a team buys in.

They trained. They practiced. They came back after heartbreak. They trusted the process. They believed they could win. Then they went out and proved it.

Store 2503 showed that BiC is not something you talk about.

It is something you build.

One shift at a time.

One rep at a time.

One standard at a time.

One team at a time.

To Adam, Ashley, LaRyan, Austin, Tanner, and everyone at Store 2503: congratulations.

You made Atlas proud.

And to every store watching this win, let this be the reminder:

They did it. So can you.

THEY DID IT. SO CAN YOU.
