Let’s get you on the team. You need to follow the instructions below to get paid.

  • Step 1 - Create Atlas ADP Account

    Welcome to the team! The first thing you’ll need to do is create an Atlas ADP account! It’s super simple just click below and follow the instructions. Feel free to reach out to HR@atlaswe.com if you have any questions during the setup.

  • Step 2 - Onboarding

    After you’ve completed creating a new Atlas ADP account, please complete the Onboarding, A quick video will show you on how to complete the Onboarding Process

  • Step 3 - Scheduling

    Lastly, we need to get you on the schedule so you can get back to making sammies and get paid. Atlas uses an application that syncs with ADP called Makeshift. You should have received a link to create a Makeshift profile after you finished the onboarding process. Your manager will get you into the schedule once the profile is complete.

Questions & Answers

I never received the registration code email with instructions for onboarding. 

Answer : Please check your spam and junk folder first, then verify the email you provided during your application. 

The registration code is not valid or not working.

Answer : Please refer to the welcome email from ADP and onboarding instructions. Copy and paste the registration code directly into the prompt when asked. This is sometimes confused with the Associate ID. Also, try closing and reopening your browser.

Do you guys do instore and online tips?

Answer : Yes we do! Guests can leave tips for our teammates when ordering for pickup, inshop, delivery, drive-thru, or curbside. The tips are distributed through payroll.


I am unable to sign into ADP Workforce Now to complete the onboarding. 

Answer : You can sign in using the username and password created during registration.  To recover your username/passwords, click forgot username/password at the bottom of the sign in page. For password reset requests, please email Payroll@atlaswe.com.

I am not able to see, acknowledge or upload documents during the onboarding. 

Answer : Please attempt to view the documents on another device, preferably desktop. If one is not available, please schedule a time with your GM to visit the store to use a computer.  You can also print out the documents and and provide them to HR once completed, if necessary. Please contact hr@atlaswe.com with any questions regarding documents.

Branch cards are debit cards that can be used wherever Mastercards are accepted. Plus card holders have access to our network of 55,000+ fee-free ATMs and are eligible for cash back rewards with our retail partners.

Already a branch user? Don’t worry! We’ve already taken care of it. All you need to do is make sure you’ve put your Atlas payroll ID (follow the instructions above) into your profile in PDQ.

  • Remember, HR is here to support you. They are your ears and voice when you feel you need one. HR handles: employee issues, incidents and injuries, harassment, benefits, retirement plans, and much more.

  • Payroll handles all payroll related issues. However, if you have any issues with a bonus goals or calculations related to the goal, you should reach out to your supervisor first.

  • Accounting can help you handle billing issues, w9/1099 information, house account balances, and answer financial questions.

  • This is your entire Upper Management team - all department heads and the CEO.
