welcome to the team.
Welcome to our team and we are extremely excited to have strong operators like you with us! You probably have many questions and are concerned about any changes - rest assured I operate very similar to your prior management team and plan on continuing to do so. At the core of the business, we all operate JJ’s by executing the Punchlists and following the JJ’s 1-7. Atlas’ organizational structure, administrative differences, goals, and KPIs, will be learned over time. I request your patience as we learn from one another and build the greatest team within the JJ’s franchise system.

Some bonus stuff we do
-
Atlas will turn on inshop tips so teammates can earn some extra dough. Here is the formal tip policy ageed upon by your peers. However, the short of the long is - all inshop and drivers participate in inshop tips (why? because we're all team). The law restricts managers from participating in the tip pool. The tip pool is the total amount of tips taken in inshop and divided up by the total amount of hours worked for the pay period.

All of our teammates accrue paid sick time for those days you're not feeling well. Make sure to read about your specific sick time policy in the employee handbook.

workplace for all
Communication for a team of our size is key to success. One of the great tools we have is Workplace which allows us to interact as a team on a platform we’re all used to - Facebook.
Workplace syncs with Gmail and creates an account for everyone who has an atlaswe.com email address.
If you don’t have an email, don’t worry! You can still join us. You should have received a text upon onboarding that contains information on how to register without an atlaswe.com email.
